We’re looking for a Lead Generation Virtual Assistant who understands the mortgage lending industry and can help us identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads to fuel our sales pipeline.What You’ll Do:Research and identify potential leads in the mortgage and lending space.Qualify and verify leads through phone, email, and online research.Manage and update CRM systems with accurate data.Support the sales and marketing team with outreach campaigns.Maintain communication with potential clients to nurture relationships.Track lead performance and report on key metrics.Requirements:Proven experience as a Lead Generation VA, Sales Assistant, or Appointment Setter in the mortgage or lending industry.Familiarity with mortgage loan products, terminology, and processes.Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Strong communication and written English skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in US-based mortgage lead generation.Knowledge of cold outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zillow, etc.).Previous experience working with mortgage brokers or loan officers.
