DesignRush, a B2B Media Platform to drive brand discovery & growth, is seeking an experienced LEAD GENERATION Specialist who is:Efficient at generating leads from mid to large size brands for the DesignRush sales teamAble to hit the ground running from day 1Hands-on and proactive at creating contact lists and optimizing campaign performancesThe candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.DesignRush generates over 1 million high-intent B2B visitors monthly seeking growth insights, tools, and partners.We’re looking for a LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST to reach out and generate leads from brand managers to advertise their brands on DesignRush.The Lead Generation Specialist will then hand off the lead to a sales rep to close it.This position offers a base salary and monthly bonuses. This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.As our clients are US-based, this position requires candidates who work up until 4pm or 5pm EST. DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive Company's growth through outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed businessIdentify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account ExecutiveGenerate email sequences and make cold-calls to map and penetrate accountsConduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are setQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales development roleExcellent English speaking and communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsProven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying roleExperience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plusActive relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows RECRUITMENT STEPS: Apply via LinkedInHave an intro call with our RecruiterReceive a short testSend back answers + CVHave an interview with our General Manager and Hiring ManagerGet feedback We kindly ask for your CV and all correspondence to be in English.
