With a focus on personalization and adaptability, SnelFlow empowers businesses to meet their unique needs and stay ahead in a competitive digital landscape. Currently based in the Netherlands, SnelFlow primarily serves the Dutch and Azerbaijani markets but is expanding rapidly across Europe.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients who can benefit from our chatbot and automation solutions. The position is fully remote and offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for independent professionals who thrive in a results-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential clients across target industries.Track results (open/reply/booked) and double-down on what works.Conduct and develop outreach strategy via email, LinkedIn, cold calls to generate qualified leads.Develop and manage lead lists and outreach campaigns using automation tools.Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between prospects and the founders.Provide regular feedback to refine targeting and messaging strategies.Collaborate with founders on positioning, niches, and offers.Target SectorsSnelFlow primarily works with businesses that receive high volumes of customer inquiries through social media, including:Cafés, restaurants, and bakeriesBeauty salons, spas, and clinicsCar dealerships and auto service centersReal estate and rental agenciesRetail shops and local service providersAt the moment, we have 6 partners with 4 in Azerbaijan and 2 in the Netherlands. We are actively growing in both markets. While the Netherlands is our main market, the Lead Generation Specialist is encouraged to explore leads throughout Europe.QualificationsProven (entry-level) experience in lead generation, cold outreach, or digital sales.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Dutch, Russian, Azerbaijani or any other European language is a plus).Some familiarity with email automation and lead generation tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or any other.
