We don't chase trends or replicate the past, we create experiences for those shaping LA's present and future.THE ROLE The Lead Host leads the guest experience, orchestrating the flow and leveraging an established network to curate the energy of the room.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & CurationMaintain a strong and consistent presence on the floor, remaining cool under pressure and leading with composureActively cultivate and leverage personal networks within Los Angeles to optimize the roomFlow & InfrastructureReview all reservations prior to service and identify opportunities for problem solving or personalizationEnsure all guest details and reservation systems are maintained accuratelyTraining & AdministrationProvide constructive feedback, coaching, and training to the host teamProcess all guest disputes, concerns and complaints in a timely mannerPerform additional support tasks and duties as requested by leadersQualifications & Prerequisites5+ years of equivalent hospitality experienceIn possession of an established, strong network within the Los Angeles hospitality, arts, or culture sceneFamiliarity with reservation management systems (e.g. Resy) is essentialCOMPENSATION $30/hrEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT We are an equal opportunity employer; we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
