DISAB Vacuum Technology AB offers you an exciting role in a fast growing company!Role outline:As a Lead Marketing Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and directing marketing efforts and strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. You lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, manage campaigns, analyse data and market trends, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals, including brand awareness and sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management: You oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (SEA, SEO…), social media, and traditional methods, aligned with our business objectives.CRM management: you manage in our CRM the lead flow and all the marketing automation related to the sales and after sales processes.You build and maintain a strong online presence across various digital channels, including our website, social media platforms, and email.Data Analysis: you analyse marketing data and campaign performance metrics to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies for better results.You manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and the number of leads.You collaborate with with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales efforts.Skills:Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.Creativity and Innovation: you can develop creative and innovative marketing campaigns.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.Proven proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content management systems.Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Experience in an international context is a plus.Easy with Microsoft Office tools (excel, PowerPoint, etc..Full proficiency in Swedish is requiredApplication:Does this sound like your next challenge?
