Position: Lead Nurse – Home Health CareCompany: ConfidentialLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustry: Healthcare ServicesAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and clinically experienced Lead Nurse to oversee a multidisciplinary team of home health nurses and ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of patient care across assigned regions.This leadership role bridges clinical excellence and operational execution — guiding nursing teams, ensuring compliance with MOH and CBAHI standards, and supporting the company’s mission to deliver exceptional home-based healthcare services.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of nurses providing home-based care.Ensure all nursing practices align with MOH, CBAHI, and company policies.Oversee daily visit schedules, patient assignments, and care quality audits.Conduct clinical training, onboarding, and competency evaluations for field nurses.Review and approve nursing documentation, treatment notes, and follow-up reports.Manage vaccine storage, temperature logs, and medical supply control when applicable.Coordinate closely with operations, quality, and medical departments to ensure smooth patient care flow.Provide clinical guidance in case escalations, emergency responses, and patient complaints.Participate in performance evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing – Saudi Commission License required.Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.Proven background in home health care, vaccination programs, or community nursing preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance incentives.Structured growth opportunities within the home health sector.Supportive multidisciplinary environment.Continuous professional development and training programs.
