The work is varied across a diverse set of clients and industries.At Deloitte we value continuous learning, and you will have access to further professional development opportunities, to further advance your skills, capabilities, and subject matter eminence.QualificationsEssential skills and experience:Held the role of a Technical Specialist and/or Solution Architect and owning the responsibility of the core design phases and full development life cycle at an enterprise scale, and be willing to be hands on when needed.Experienced in designing integrations, defining integration patterns, integration best practice, integration with multiple enterprise platforms like SAP and salesforce, event driven architectures, multi cloud architecture, using API Gateway, version control and deployment strategy, solid understanding of REST and SOAP, good understanding of data migration framework and strategies, data validation and reconciliation, data governance model and compliance, hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, cloud security, IDCS and SSO, DR strategy, reporting and data warehousing strategies.The skills and ability to manage both a local team and a virtual team of consultants made up of employees, contractors, and offshore resources (Both from Deloitte and other providers).Ideally with knowledge and experience of Oracle Technology Products including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), VBCS, Oracle BI, XSLT, SQL Packages and Procedures, FBDI, HDL, Fusion APIs, OAuth, OCI IAM, SOA 12c , ETL/ELT frameworks, data extraction and cleansing, data tools like ODI or Informatica, cloud infra backup and DR strategy, cloud resource utilization, cloud network architecture, SSO and Federated Authentication, RBAC setup, BI report automation, Analytics cloud, data warehouse environment management – both Cloud and on premise – The majority of future work will be cloud based, but we have a mix of clients using both cloud and on premise technologies. However we are open to candidates with a technical background in other cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or Google.The ability to lead, coach, build, and develop a technical team.The ability to operate in both presales and post sales engagements.Have worked and be familiar with SaaS products, ideally across ERP / HCM / EPMConsulting experience with a large Tier 1 professional services organisation preferred but not essential.Ability to work independently, execute implementation projects following established guidelines/procedures and take initiative to explore and solve problems.Exceptional client service and client management skills; able to build and maintain effective client relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Able to drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration: set the direction and expectations for the team, align their strengths to tasks, and challenge them to raise the bar while providing support.Committed to maintaining and developing own skills and certifications; willing to learn, embrace challenges and be hands-on.Active Oracle Cloud Technical Certification is valued.
