Lead Planner - Data Centers Groningen Area, Netherlands Responsibilities Development of detailed construction schedules for baseline agreement with clientAbility to fully resource load schedules and track KPI’sEnsuring accuracy and timely updating of construction scheduleTrack planned versus actual EV progressWorking with construction team members to capture and log any issues via the appropriate change control mechanismsAttending site meetings (internal and client based)Monitoring original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changesUse of internal database project control systemMonitoring fabrication workshops and site installation outputProductivity tracking of craft labour Spent vs Earned hoursTake lead in production/co-ordination in issuing of weekly construction reportsSkills and RequirementsRelevant 3rd level qualification5+ years post qualification experience (ideally in a M&E contracting environment)Experience based on utilising Primavera P6 software requiredData Center experience preferred M&E experience preferred
