Lead Product Designer (m/w/d)

Aer is building a new kind of wellness company — focused on helping people move better through intelligent diagnostics, smart devices, and streamlined studio experiences. We’re growing quickly and entering our next phase: fundraising, expansion, and stronger digital presence.We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to join the founding team and help shape Aer’s visual identity across product, web, and content. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the core team to design interfaces, create visuals and social content, and develop 3D renderings that bring our physical products to life.
