emagine is looking for a Lead Product Designer — someone who can take ownership of product and design strategy within a specific domain area, while also driving collaboration across products that span multiple domains.Naturally, this position includes guiding others and setting direction, but the core focus is on strategic ownership and execution rather than people management.Start: ASAPDuration: TBDLocation: Stockholm, 3 days/week at the officeWhat You Will DoLead end-to-end product design, from early discovery and concept development to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI delivery.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create innovative, user-centered solutions that align with business objectives.Conduct user research and usability testing, transforming insights into actionable design improvements.Build advanced interactive prototypes to explore, validate, and communicate design ideas effectively.Elevate the design quality and clarity of direction within your product area, helping teams identify and seize design opportunities.Contribute to the continuous evolution of the company’s design systems, frameworks, and best practices.Your profileHave extensive experience in leading product design within cross-functional product teams.Are highly skilled in Figma, including experience with advanced design and prototyping tools such as Figma Make.Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excel at building prototypes that effectively test hypotheses and illustrate design concepts.Demonstrate the ability to simplify complex problems, influence product direction, and shape strategy through design thinking.Nice to HaveExperience working with AI-assisted design and development tools (e.g., Cursor or similar).Background from fast-paced or high-growth tech environments.Experience designing for scalable systems and multi-product ecosystems.Interest in contributing to team culture, sharing knowledge, and supporting design critiques.We’re particularly interested in someone who has driven the full product and UX process — from research and strategy through design execution — and not solely operated as an individual contributor.
