Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingLeading cross-platform initiatives and growing our Design Systems team by managing a group of talented designersDefining the vision for internal products in collaboration with the team and scaling them for commercialisationOwning the strategy and direction of Revolut’s Unified Design System, making it leaner and more scalablePartnering with Engineering, Product, and Brand to deliver system-wide improvements that power world-class user experiencesDefining platform-wide design principles and tools that support product teams across RevolutBalancing individual contributor work with leading by example, including being hands-on in Figma and executing high-quality designsWhat You'll Need6+ years of experience designing and leading design systems or platform teams in fast-paced, cross-product environmentsProven success evolving a design system beyond maintenance, with experience scaling and reshaping systemsExperience managing and mentoring designers while remaining hands-onExpertise with Figma and a passion for creating functional, beautiful design solutionsExcellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teamsThe ability to make solid product and design decisions in ambiguous or complex problem spacesA passion for clean, scalable systems and an eye for design excellenceExcellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail to produce consistently polished and visually engaging workThe ability to think creatively and explore out-of-the-box solutions to solve complex design problemsNice to haveExperience with engineering teams, including the ability to communicate effectively in technical termsA visionary mindset with the ability to think strategically across platforms and user touchpointsExperience working in flat, fast-paced organisations with rapid iteration cyclesBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
