If you’re ready to help shape the future of responsible, competitive money gaming, now is the time to join us.We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer – Sports to join our Product Design team and lead the design of Veikkaus’ Sportsbook experience across digital channels. You’ll ensure high-quality, consistent design, create efficient user journeys, and evolve our design systems across platforms while mentoring and developing a team of Product Designers.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure quality and consistency of design outputs across the team. Influence design strategy, vision and priorities. Ensure efficient, user-friendly journeys across digital products. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Designers, fostering professional development and design excellence. Govern and evolve the design systems across multiple channels/platforms. Qualifications And ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, or related field. 7+ years proven experience in product or UX design, including mentorship experience. Strong skills in design systems, user-centred design and cross-functional collaboration for high-traffic sports betting platforms. Highly experienced in cross-platform sports betting products, including native iOS (Swift), native Android (Kotlin), mobile web, and desktop. Proven international track record in iGaming, especially sports betting. Experienced in working across digital channels, including mobile apps (iOS and Android), mobile web, and desktop.Advanced Figma skills.We OfferA workplace where the game evolves – and so do you.
