You will define the vision, roadmap, and platform for games that engage and retain millions of players, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, artists, and marketers. This position combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight, allowing you to directly influence product development and scale the team as the business grows. You will design integrated social and live operations systems, define KPIs, and ensure a seamless player experience.
