As a Premium-tier Partner of Meta, Google, and WhatsApp, we maintain the highest standards of integration and platform excellence.We’re looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive the next phase of growt for Wati Commerce — our conversational commerce product that powers thousands of Shopify merchants today.In this role, you’ll define and execute the strategy to evolve our existing Shopify app into a multi-platform solution, expanding across Shopline, Magento, and other leading eCommerce ecosystems. You’ll shape how merchants use Wati to sell, support, and grow through messaging — crafting seamless app experiences that turn conversations into conversions.This is a high-impact opportunity to take Wati’s commerce product to the next level of scale, intelligence, and automation, working at the intersection of AI, messaging, and eCommerce.What You’ll DoDrive the next phase of Wati’s Commerce product — defining roadmap, priorities, and execution in close collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.Identify and deliver innovative capabilities that empower merchants to increase sales and improve customer engagement through conversational commerce.Understand the eCommerce ecosystem deeply — merchants, partners, app stores, and competitive landscape.Collaborate with leadership to define and execute product strategy aligned with Wati’s overall growth goals.Meet regularly with customers and customer-facing teams to translate real-world merchant needs into scalable product experiences.Launch new features and iterate rapidly based on data-driven insights and feedback.Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and UX to ensure smooth go-to-market and adoption.Requirements8–10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including experience owning platform-scale or eCommerce-integrated products.Proven track record building or scaling apps or integrations on Shopify, Shopline, Magento, or similar ecosystems.Experience developing products for merchants or partners within the eCommerce / app store ecosystem.Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to launch, including product-market fit, customer validation, and scaling.Strong technical aptitude — comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and platform integrations with engineering teams.Deep understanding of user experience, merchant workflows, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.Startup experience — a plus.Coding or analytics experience — a plus.
