And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.We’re here to better our world with biology.Lead – S/4 HANA and Loftware Cloud Label IntegrationPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Lead to coordinate the development and implementation of interfaces between SAP S/4 HANA and the Loftware Cloud Label System, enabling seamless label creation and printing workflows for in process labels supporting production processes. This role is critical in defining the data model required for multiple label designs, ensuring SAP triggers are aligned with the Loftware Cloud for global label printing functionality.As a key player in this project, you will facilitate workshops to enable effective communication between systems, stakeholders, and developers while contributing to the development of the Loftware Cloud solution. Positioned between the Production Line of Business, IT Enterprise, and the Boomi Integration Team, your role will involve aligning requirements, collaborating with technical teams, testing solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery from inception to go-live and roll-out.The role will transition from technical development of solution in S/4 project towards supporting rollouts at new sites & later harmonization of labels and label processes across Novonesis.Key Responsibilities Interface Coordination Between SAP S/4 HANA and Loftware CloudLead the design, coordination, and implementation of interfaces between SAP S/4 HANA and the Loftware Cloud Label System with focus on creating production labels & production processes.Define and document the data model required for multiple production label formats and ensure it aligns with business and system needs.Oversee the configuration of SAP as the trigger for label printing, ensuring robust communication between systems via middleware such as Boomi. Workshop Facilitation & Stakeholder EngagementOrganize and facilitate workshops to align business processes and technical requirements for label printing across global operations.Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT enterprise teams, and Boomi integration specialists to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals.Communicate effectively with technical label developers and other stakeholders to address challenges and ensure timely resolution of issues. Requirements Gathering and PrioritizationWork closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for label printing workflows.Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development teams and technical label developers.Ensure that all requirements align with the company’s global labeling strategy and compliance standards. Testing and ValidationCollaborate with stakeholders and developers to define and execute test cases for the integrated solution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot any issues arising during the testing phase.Ensure the solution meets business requirements and is ready for deployment. End-to-End Project ParticipationActively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including:Development of the Loftware Cloud software solution for global label printing.System integration, testing, and validation.Go-live preparations, roll-out activities, and post-implementation support.Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in coordinating system integrations, particularly between SAP S/4 HANA and external cloud-based platforms.Strong understanding of labeling systems (e.g., Loftware or similar) and their integration with ERP systems.Experience with middleware tools, such as Boomi or equivalent integration platforms.Knowledge of SAP processes, including data models, label printing triggers, and master data management.Exceptional workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to gather and prioritize requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables for IT and development teams.Experience in testing methodologies, including developing test scenarios, conducting UAT, and validating system integrations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with global labeling standards and regulatory requirements.Experience working with cloud-based solutions for label printing in a manufacturing or logistics environment.Prior involvement in large-scale SAP implementation projects or digital transformation initiatives.Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies.Certification in SAP S/4 HANA or relevant modules is a plus.Understanding of production processes, stock movements and barcode relations.Have a mindset of tailored towards development of new solutions.Experience working in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders and changing priorities.What We OfferA challenging and impactful role within a global organization driving innovative technology solutions.Opportunities for professional growth and development in cutting-edge SAP and cloud-based systems.Collaboration with a diverse and talented team across business, IT enterprise, and technical integration functions.Competitive compensation and benefits package.LocationLyngby, DenmarkHow To ApplyIf you are passionate about driving innovation and streamlining global label printing solutions, we encourage you to apply.
