Your future starts hereThe value stream Modern Workspace Solutions (MWS) develops and operates modern Digital Workplace and Microsoft UCC services for corporate clients in Switzerland. As Lead Projects Modern Workspace Solutions, you will play a central role leading the transition teams responsible for onboarding and consulting customers. You will act as Delivery Owner, ensuring a smooth and successful collaboration from the bid phase through to operational handover. Together with the MWS Leadership Team, you will actively shape the strategic development of this dynamic organization.Lead and strategically develop the transition and consulting teams within the value streamOwn end-to-end delivery for modern workplace and UCC customers (from sales through to operations)Collaborate closely with Customers, Sales, Project Management, Architecture and DeliveryStandardize project methodologies, ensure knowledge transfer, and provide management-ready reportingStrategic development of the organization in partnership with the MWS Leadership TeamYour SkillsUniversity degree (Uni/FH/HF/EFZ) in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business AdministrationSeveral years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a B2B services environmentStrong expertise in Microsoft technologies and Digital Workplace solutionsProven leadership experience in complex organizational settingsStrong leadership mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork and direct customer interactionStrategic mindset combined with a high sense of ownership and accountabilityFlexible, reliable, and self-driven working style with excellent communication skillsVery good German & English, and ideally basic knowledge of another national languageBei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, in einem unserer Offices in der Schweiz oder im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
