Job OverviewAs a Leads Qualifier Officer, you will be responsible for filtering and qualifying potential leads to support the Sales Team in achieving its revenue targets. Your main role is to verify and assess incoming leads to ensure they match the ideal customer profile for Lion Parcel’s corporate clients. You will also monitor the progress and effectiveness of the leads handed over to the Sales Team to ensure conversion quality and business growth. This position contract based under Outsource.Job DescriptionLeads GenerationConduct lead sourcing activities through various channels and lead generation tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and other platforms.Ensure all generated leads meet the criteria and customer profile of Lion Parcel’s corporate segment.Create a comprehensive listing and classification of leads based on their potential and relevance.Leads QualificationVerify and validate the leads generated from various sources.Ensure qualified leads are ready for Sales Team follow-up through phone calls, contact exploration, and meeting scheduling with decision-makers.Hand over verified leads to the Sales Team through CRM Tools (e.g., Salesforce).Leads Monitoring & EvaluationActively monitor the progress and status of leads handed over to the Sales Team.Analyze the effectiveness and conversion rate of leads within the sales process.Provide recommendations and improvement strategies to the direct supervisor regarding lead generation and qualification processes.Job RequirementEducation:Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Telesales, Leads Generation, or Leads Qualification.Experience in logistics, express, supply chain, or other service-based industries is preferred.
