They support clients with high-quality ad creatives, email designs, and landing pages delivered through a subscription model. The team is lean, fast-moving, and highly collaborative. They value practicality, ownership, and a hands-on mindset where everyone contributes and moves quickly.What You’ll Be DoingOwn full-cycle recruiting for 3 to 5 roles at a time, from sourcing to final offer.Hire primarily for creative and marketing positions across LATAM, then expand globally.Build and optimize recruiting systems, including ATS or CRM setup, SOPs, pipelines, and KPIs.Run efficient assessments and interviews, ensuring a smooth and clear candidate experience.Work closely with the CEO and the HR Lead to align on priorities and hiring plans.Gradually transition responsibilities from the current external recruitment agency.RequirementsLead Recruiter experience leading small teams and improving internal recruiting processes.Proven, hands-on full-cycle recruiting, able to deliver around 4 hires per month.Background hiring creatives, designers, and marketing talent.Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments (agency background ideal).Strong stakeholder management and excellent English communication.Ability to build and organize ATS or CRM structures, SOPs, KPIs, and talent pipelines.Proactive, adaptable, and very execution-focused.Nice to HaveExperience recruiting for global, distributed teams.Background in creative agencies or subscription-based businesses.Comfortable using Notion, Slack, Airtable, and similar tools.Early-stage or startup experience.BenefitsCompetitive USD salary.100% remote work.Paid Time Off.Notes:*You are applying to work with an international company.
