Lead SAP Consultant (P2P)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead SAP Consultant (P2P) to join our team.As a key leader in a global initiative to modernize and transition the SAP landscape, you will play a pivotal role in knowledge absorption, team building, and technical leadership for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) stream. This high-impact position offers significant career growth opportunities as you guide a critical business stream through transformation and long-term support. ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of knowledge absorption for the P2P stream during the transition phaseLead the transition of the P2P stream, ensuring seamless integration and operational continuityBuild and shape your own team to support the P2P stream post-transitionParticipate in intensive knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to gain a deep understanding of business processes, configurations, and custom codeConduct hands-on exercises in lower environments to validate and consolidate acquired knowledgeGuide your team through shadowing and reverse shadowing activities to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilitiesReview and update all support documentation, including SOPs and runbooks, to maintain accuracy and usabilityHandle escalations and resolve complex incidents related to the P2P streamCollaborate with Logistics and other stream leads to address integration points and dependencies RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceAt least 5 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting or related rolesMinimum of 1 year of experience leading and managing development teamsExpertise in SAP Materials Management and its integration with other SAP modulesStrong knowledge of SAP Retail and retail-specific purchasing processesProficiency in SAP Retail Purchasing workflows and configurationsAdvanced problem-solving skills to analyze and address complex system challengesStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsAbility to manage competing priorities and adapt to dynamic business environmentsFluent English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher Nice to haveExperience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and its integration with P2P workflowsFamiliarity with SAP-IS: Retail Solutions and their application in retail operationsBackground in SAP transformation or modernization projectsCertifications in SAP modules related to P2P or retail solutions We offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
