Lead Solution Architect

You will not just lead, but ´do´.Contribute to digital transformation initiatives from an architectural perspective, facilitating the delivery of solutions.Build positive relationships across the business and Digital and advise and influence leaders on technology.Act as a technology mentor within Digital teams and inspire people to engage with technology as a driver of change.Understand the long-term needs of the solution you are developing, and enable delivery by building a rapport with team members both inside and outside.Develop solution architectures, seeking practical solutions that optimize and re-use capabilities.Care passionately about the integrity of the Digital capabilities you develop.Be responsible for designing and building solutions that best meet the business needs and are aligned with the Digital strategy and roadmaps.You will advocate and help ensure our designs, automations and processes enhance a culture of operational safety and improve our digital security.What You will need to be successful:Proficiency in English language.A Bachelor´s (or higher) degree, ideally in Computer Science, MIS/IT, Finance, or equivalent work experienceProven work experience in a similar role.A confirmed background in architecture with real-world experience of architecting, designing, and delivering transformational projects within the finance process areas.You have been the lead architect on a large-scale finance transformation programme in the past.Deep functional knowledge of key technology sets that include SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, BW for/On HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud and other toolsets supporting finance.You must be comfortable to roll up your sleeves, get involved and help to achieve the desired business and technology outcomes.Exposure to the wide variety of products and technologies in the area of master data management, Integration and API’s, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and integration of finance with other areas such as Credit Risk Management.A proven grasp of architecture development and design thinking in an agile environment.
