Lead Solution Architect/SAP Transformation & AI Integration

Your Mission & ResponsibilitiesYou will be at the center of Bozankaya Technology’s digital transformation. Your role is to transition a complex SAP R/3 environment into a scalable, future-ready architecture while defining and implementing a value-driven AI strategy. You will determine where SAP’s deterministic logic is essential and where modern AI/LLM technologies can generate meaningful impact. In this strategic role, you will not only lead but also shape the digital DNA of our company:• Strategic Process Redesign: Analyze and optimize existing SAP R/3 workflows, ensuring high-quality processes and clean data to enable a smooth migration to S/4HANA. Instead of accepting the status quo, you ensure process excellence and data cleansing to accompany the migration to S/4HANA..• Cross-Functional & International Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, IT, and Management. Inspire and align teams across multiple sites and disciplines, fostering a company-wide understanding of how optimized SAP processes and AI tools enhance daily operations.• AI & Architecture Decision-Making: Develop a clear and pragmatic decision framework for technology adoption. Identify where predictive models, automation, or LLM-based tools create value—and where SAP standard logic must take precedence.• Technical Steering & Modern Development Practices: Introduce CI/CD, Git, and contemporary development methodologies. Evaluate software architectures, guide internal and external development teams, and act as the technical authority who can review code (e.g., Python) when necessary.• End-to-End Project & Risk Management: Plan and manage complex transformation projects, budgets, timelines, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Assess risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure full alignment across the organization.• Driving Production 3.0 Vision: Translate Bozankaya Technology’s ambition for AI-supported manufacturing into concrete initiatives. Promote process excellence as the backbone for next-generation digital solutions, and help establish new industry benchmarks.• Influence, Inspire, Build: Unite diverse departments behind a shared AI and Data strategy. Use your leadership to inspire teams and drive long-term adoption of new technologies across the company. Your Profile– 7–10+ years of professional experience in ERP systems (focus on SAP) and large-scale transformation projects. – Experience in rail systems, automotive, or OEM environments is an advantage. – Multi-site or matrix organization experience is a plus. – PMP knowledge or certification is an advantage. – A “shaper” with the ability to simplify complex topics, challenge the status quo, and guide teams through change. – Strong knowledge of SAP integration scenarios, enterprise architecture, and modern software development concepts (Python literacy preferred). – Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and the ability to evaluate their applicability. – Skilled in Agile (Scrum) and classical project management frameworks. – Business-fluent English; German is an advantage.– Residancy in Ankara or willing to relocate.
