Join us to Play, Grow and Win – together.About The PositionWe are seeking a Lead Sound Designer to drive excellence in all areas of audio design and implementation as we further expand our audio capabilities and drive forward exciting projects.You will be key in defining and executing the audio direction, acting as the main point of contact for a project’s creative audio design and technical implementation for the audio team and the wider studio. You will also play a pivotal role in developing the skills and growth of members of the audio team.Responsibilities Lead audio team members assigned to the project, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the development process. Set the quality bar for the audio team through creating and implementing world-class audio. Define and maintain the audio vision in the project. Organize regular reviews with the audio team, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for iteration. Work closely with the production team to plan and schedule the audio team’s workload. Mentor the audio team and embed best practice principles in their work. Identify new audio pipelines and iterate on current audio processes. Qualifications Experience as a Lead on AAA games Strong creative sound design skills. Advanced working knowledge of Wwise middleware. Strong proficiency with industry-standard audio software and tools (DAW and Plugins) Ability to work to tight deadlines. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in game audio, technology, and tools, and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance audio quality and efficiency. Experience with sprint planning and reviewing Have a refined ear, and a commitment to quality. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in mixing on 5.1 surround configuration set up Skilled in foley creation and field recording PREFFERED SKILLS:     Experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprint and MetaSounds) 5+ years of professional experience in audio production for video games, with at least 2 years in a principal, leadership, or supervisory role.
