Drive commercial performance by being accountable for all key metricsEstablish partnerships with major brands and industry giants to enhance our offerings and presenceBuild, strengthen, and grow relationships with key vendors across both marketsDevelop and execute commercial plans that align business goals from both sidesContinuously optimize commercial potential by identifying opportunities for performance improvement and revenue maximization with existing partnersEnhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes, ensuring scalability and smooth executionMonitor and analyze market trends across both Singapore and Malaysia, providing valuable insights into competitor strategies and industry shiftsLeverage data-driven decision-making to assess the impact of initiatives and prioritize those that deliver the highest return on investmentQualificationsMinimum of a bachelors degree in related fields2-3 years experience managing commercial account management teams —preferably within F&B, retail, or FMCG industries. Previous experience within account managementStrong communication and relationship building skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills. Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
