About The GigWe are seeking dynamic, talented, and experienced Digital Product Management Lead Teachers to lead bootcamps for one of our clients. If you are passionate about Product Management and love sharing your expertise, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesLead Teaching & Academic OversightOversee the entire academic experience of the Ironhack bootcampFacilitate a safe, supportive, and energetic learning environment tailored to diverse learning stylesChallenge students to think strategically and translate ideas into real projectsCollaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, and clients to help students achieve professional goalsAdminister assessments and provide timely, accurate feedbackPrepare and adapt lesson plans based on group needs and student progressAlternate teaching formats: classroom, pairs, and group sessions with clear instructionsCollaboration with Ironhack TeamTeach curriculum designed by Ironhack’s global education teamPlan lessons aligned with bootcamp objectivesDevelop new teaching techniques and materials with input from colleaguesLead teaching and learning activities effectively to meet learning outcomesCommunity BuildingFoster a sense of community among studentsSupport a lasting, energetic, and inclusive community beyond the course durationRequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience in Product ManagementStrong knowledge of:Product lifecycleUX/UI Design principles & Design ThinkingAgile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, PowerBI, etc.)Data literacy (analyzing product metrics, creating dashboards)Leadership and soft skills (adaptability, stakeholder management, team motivation)Fluent in English (teaching and communication)Passionate about Product Management and knowledge sharingLifelong learner mindsetEmpathetic, patient, and compassionateExperienced in managing and motivating teamsPositive attitude and good sense of humorExcellent communication skills with ability to engage an audienceOrganized, reliable, communicative, and open to feedbackEnjoy teaching, mentoring, and being active in the Tech communityAbout The PositionBootcamp Dates: February 12th – March 19th, 2026Format: Part-time teaching, Monday to Thursday, afternoons (3 PM – 6 PM)Duration: 5 weeksRole: Lead TeacherLanguage: English (fluency required)
