We are seeking a Cloud Operations Specialist to serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor for our global media clients.You will support pre-sales consultations, solution design, onboarding, and post-sales issue resolution for video, streaming, broadcast, and content delivery solutions. Your expertise in media workflows, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies will be essential in delivering service excellence and promoting collaboration. In this role, you will partner with sales and product teams to tailor solutions, manage customer accounts, resolve complex technical issues, and drive customer adoption and retention.
