We are mostly working in a quality consulting way, with the support of our delivery units and clients, starting from sharing our capabilities and practices, providing support in pre-sales, proposal preparation, project and process establishment, etc., and producing Gen AI practices for quality in general.We foster friendly relationships and cooperation within the team. We care about and promote the professional development of all team members and clients.IF YOU AREA specialist with 8+ years of experience in test automationExperienced in building test automation projects and processes from scratch: vision and strategy preparation, frameworks implementation (Web, Mobile, Service), continued execution, and managementSkilled in building quality practices, especially in test automation and Gen AIAdept at supporting clients in service offering portfolio (pre-sales, proposal, assessment, TA Vision & PoC, etc.)Aware of fine-tuning generative AI models: natural language processing (NLP), language models like GPT for specific use cases, and crafting effective prompts for AI models (as a plus)Understanding how to integrate Copilot into coding environments to boost productivity (as a perk)Knowledgeable of any other languages and TA framework (as an advantage)AND YOU WANT TOStart TA project, or process from scratch for a long-term executionActively participate in the expert services offering pipeline: assessment, discovery, proposal, PoC, execution, and management provided to our delivery units and clientsServe the needs of the delivery unit, or the client's request in regards of services execution and Gen AI solutionsWork closely with a project management team, Sales, and key clientsIdentify and build the best approaches for testing and automation processesBuild strong relationships with clients and Delivery UnitsEnsure the balance between test automation consulting and practice development, presenting a portfolio, and supportingTOGETHER WE WILLGrow professionally and develop your careerEnjoy the Quality Management Office and CoE in a friendly expert teamBe Game Changers who represent our best talent, top contributors, and creative minds in the annual SoftServe AwardsWork with a diverse team of professionals in a collaborative enterprise environmentCreate an exceptional customer experience that impacts the company's global success, and be recognized by the Customer Hero ProgramBoost leadership skills with managerial competencies through leadership development programs that enable emerging and mature leaders to deliver more valueGain performance-based bonuses and incentivesSoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
