At Snax Games, creators of Parties & Puzzles, we’re hiring a UA leader who has already cracked the puzzle of mobile growth and knows how to scale a game to millions with data-driven, high-impact campaigns.If you’ve brought a casual or puzzle game to success before - and you know Applovin like the back of your hand - this one’s for you.What You'll DoLead our overall user acquisition strategyOwn and manage all UA efforts across key channels, with a strong focus on ApplovinSpot early winners, double down quickly, and scale budgets with confidenceManage meaningful scale, taking the game from early traction to millions of playersOwn the full creative engine: direction, concepts, briefs, variations, and aggressive testingCollaborate with our Art-AI-powered pipeline to produce high-impact creatives at speedWhat We're Looking For✅ 3+ years of hands-on mobile UA experience✅ A proven track record of scaling at least one casual/puzzle game successfully✅ Deep expertise with Applovin: ROAS campaigns, learning phase, placements, and creative testing✅ Experience running multi-channel campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, Unity, etc.)✅ Strong analytical skills: cohorts, LTV curves, predictive ROAS, SKAN + Appsflyer✅ A self-driven operator who loves iterating fast and owning results end-to-end✅ Comfortable working in a startup-style environment with high autonomy👉 Excited?
