ResponsibilitiesTranslate complex ideas and UX concepts into clear, engaging narratives, supported by strategic thinking, research, data, and business understandingBe able to design, run, and moderate client workshopsSet high-quality UX design standards for web, mobile applications, and immersive experiencesManage client expectations, present and articulate design concepts, gather feedback, and refine designs based on client and stakeholder inputExperiment with and apply AI tools to improve the effectiveness of the design processImplement and maintain robust design systems to ensure consistency across all components and deliverablesCreate prototypes to effectively communicate ideasKeep abreast of industry developments, and in the current climate, be fully immersed in AI and what it has to offer design professionalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including visual designers, strategists, copywriters, and developersGuide junior designers by providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment to support their skill development RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Arts, Visual Design, or a related field, or relevant training5+ years of experience in design, ideally in an agency setting, with a portfolio showcasing strong UX, product design, and conceptual design skillsAt least 1 year of relevant leadership experienceFamiliarity with UI/UX design principles, user-centered design, accessibility, and design systemsInteraction and visual design literacy – while primarily a UX designer, have an empathetic understanding of visual designAdvanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (or similar tools)Ability to independently manage projects, meet deadlines, and work methodically in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail, adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and openness to diverse approachesSystems thinker (E2E thinking) capable of connecting the dots across multiple dimensions, including user journeys, information architecture, and ecosystem dependenciesExpert-level proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, design rationale, and strategic thinking in both written and verbal communication Nice to havePractitioner of service design approachesClient engagement experienceKeen interest in generative AIAny skills that make you more T-shaped, e.g., understanding of service design methodologies We offerDynamic, entrepreneurial corporate environmentDiverse multicultural, multi-functional, and multilingual work environmentOpportunities for personal and career growth in a progressive industryGlobal scope, international projectsWidespread training and development opportunitiesUnlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutionsCompetitive salary and various benefitsAdvanced wellbeing and CSR programs, recreation area Do you know someone interested in starting a career in IT?
