Our client is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to lead awareness initiatives and contribute to strategic ICT security planning. This is a high-impact role for a cybersecurity professional ready to drive change, shape policy, and elevate security culture across complex operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute cybersecurity awareness campaigns, including phishing simulations and training sessions. Develop and deliver engaging content: demos, webinars, presentations, and internal communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote secure ICT practices and build a strong security culture. Update human factor risk assessments and support strategic planning for future cybersecurity priorities. Draft and maintain ICT security policies, standards, and guidelines aligned with organizational goals. Measure and report on the effectiveness of awareness programs using relevant tools and KPIs. Profile:Proven experience in cybersecurity awareness leadership, training delivery, and content creation. Hands-on expertise with phishing simulation tools and techniques. Strong understanding of human-centric risks in cybersecurity and mitigation strategies. Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams. Solid background in ICT security management, policy development, and strategic planning. Relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications; fluency in English is required.
