AsiaThailandLIXIL (Thailand) PCL.Employee AssignmentNot remoteFull Time3 November 2025Job SummaryThe Leader, Premium Customer Sales (PCS) and Showroom (LEC) Management is responsible for driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customerexperience within our premium showroom. This role oversees all aspects of showroom operations, including sales performance drives, customer relationship management, team leadership, and inventory management. This individual will lead and motivate ahigh-performing Premium Customer Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while cultivating a luxury brand experience for our discerning clientele.Job ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership (In & Out):Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize inbound showroom traffic and generate outbound sales leads.Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the showroom.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, client outreach, and market analysis.Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer journey.Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and inform strategic decision-making.Showroom ManagementOversee the day-to-day operations of the premium showroom, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment.Manage showroom inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient product display.Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns and events within the showroom.Maintain visual merchandising standards that align with the brand's luxury image.Team Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team.Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes excellence and customer focus.Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Build and maintain strong relationships with Premium Customers, Architectures and Developers providing personalized service and after-sales support.Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.Job Requirements And QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in premium/luxury sales, with at least 3 years ina leadership role.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customerexpectations.Experience in managing a showroom or retail environment is highly preferred.Demonstrable experience leading and managing customers.Critical thinker and problem-solving skillsA team player with ability to use own initiativeGreat interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlinesStrong command of spoken and written English.Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.Required CompetenciesStrategic Thinking with strong business acumenSales AcumenLeadership & Team ManagementCustomer Relationship ManagementCommunication & Interpersonal SkillsCustomer Centric MindsetProblem-Solving & Decision-MakingOrganization & Time Management
