In this role, you will partner with employees, particularly senior leaders, to strengthen professional effectiveness, enhance decision-making, and maximize individual and team impact. You’ll foster reflection, accountability, and growth, empowering leaders to identify their own solutions and accelerate their development.This role offers the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the organization’s culture and operating environment, ensuring your coaching is both commercially relevant and aligned with broader talent and business priorities.What You’ll DoWork 1:1 with senior leaders (VP and above) across the organization, delivering tailored executive coaching that supports professional and leadership development.Thoughtfully challenge and guide participants using inquiry, reflection, and evidence-based coaching practices to help them navigate a high-performance environment.Customize your approach to each individual by drawing on your knowledge of the organization’s culture, context, and strategic objectives.Collaborate with a small, high-impact team to refine and enhance the internal coaching program, ensuring it remains relevant, trusted, and aligned with organizational goals.If you’re a thoughtful, seasoned development professional who thrives in dynamic, intellectually rigorous environments, we’d welcome your application!Requirements:8+ years of relevant experience in executive coaching, learning & development, or organizational consulting, in-house within a financial services, FinTech or professional services organanization.In-house coaching or L&D experience is preferred.Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in applied psychology (e.g., Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Consulting) strongly preferred.Proven track record as an executive coach, supporting mid-level and senior professionals in improving effectiveness, navigating transitions, and addressing complex business challenges.The annual base salary range is $200,000 to $300,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other factors. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
