Lean Practitoner - ManufacturingWe're looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to help transform our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing productivity, raising quality standards, reducing inefficiencies, and promoting a safe working environment through structured improvement initiatives.Your RoleDesign and lead process improvement initiatives, workshops, and team eventsIdentify bottlenecks and waste, implementing solutions that drive efficiencyMentor and guide teams on problem-solving and continuous improvement practicesCollaborate with operational teams to monitor progress and sustain improvements using performance metrics and visual management toolsEncourage a mindset of ongoing improvement and innovation throughout the organisationWhat We're Looking ForRelevant degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or QualityProven track record in a manufacturing environment with hands-on experience in process improvementCertification or extensive experience in Lean methodologies (Black Belt preferred)Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement tools (e.g., 6S, Kanban, PDCA, value stream mapping)Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skillsIf you enjoy driving change, improving processes, and making a tangible impact in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.SkillsTime Management Communication Manufacturing
