Learning & Development ConsultantHours: Full Time, 35 Hours Per WeekContract length: Until 31st March 2026About your new company:Our client is an independent regulatory body in the United Kingdom responsible for ensuring the financial markets work well for the consumers and the economy, promoting market integrity and effective competition.Your new role:As a L&D Consultant, you will be:Responsible for the delivery of a pilot digital upskilling programme focused on data literacyAlign the programme with the client's broader digital skills framework, working closely with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs, develop impactful case studies and create evidence-based learning scenarios that support targeted upskillingCollaborate across different business areas to scope and understand the digital learning needs of target cohortsDevelop and curate case studies showcasing high-impact data and digital skills in action across the organisationWhat's in it for you?A contract until 31/03/2026You will be working 35 hours per week across 5 daysHybrid working policy (40% office based per week)What we’re looking for?Experience in digital or data-related upskilling with new technologyFamiliar with data literacy and digital transformationStrong stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate business needs into targeted learning solutionsWhat are the next steps?If you are interested in the role, click the apply button and we will get in touch with you to discuss next steps within 48 hours.
