Job Description

This role plays a strategic role in driving people capability and future-readiness agenda. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and executing learning strategies that enhance workforce capability, strengthen leadership pipelines, and foster a culture of continuous learning in line with company's digital transformation and business strategy.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with corporate vision and business goals.Lead learning needs analysis across business units to identify skill gaps and future capability requirements.Build and sustain a company-wide learning framework to support diverse learning experiences.Design and oversee leadership development, digital skill enhancement, and functional learning programs.Partner with internal subject-matter experts and external learning partners to deliver high-impact learning experiences.Apply modern learning technologies such as digital learning platforms, gamification, and microlearning to enhance engagement.Collaborate closely with Talent Management to align L&D initiatives with career paths and succession planning.Support capability-building programs for critical roles and future leaders at all levels.Define KPIs and measure training effectiveness using data-driven methods Continuously evaluate and improve program quality and learner experience.Promote a growth mindset and continuous learning culture across the organization.Manage and supervise teamQualifications:Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HRD, preferably in a large or fast-paced organization.over 3 years of experience to manage teamStrong understanding of digital learning technologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.Proven ability to manage multiple learning projects and stakeholders.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
