Learning And Development Program Manager

Our client is searching for a Learning and Development Program Manager for a contract position that may lead to full-time employment.***All candidates must have extensive experience as a Learning and Development Program Manager*** Description Our team is in need of a Program Manager to partner with the existing L&D Program Manager to co-lead execution of the enterprise AI Literacy Program. Together, these roles will oversee delivery across all workstreams, dividing responsibilities to manage scope, schedule, and quality for learning implementation. This position will serve as a key liaison between HR, Communications, IT and the vendor partner teams to drive progress, ensure full utilization of contractual services (licenses, cohorts, enablement sessions), and maintain alignment across milestones, reporting, and stakeholder communications.Our client is a Fortune 100 organization. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
