Human Resources Management MOL / Capability Development MOL organization is looking for a new team member for the following position-Learning Business PartnerLocationBudapest, in our 120 m tall headquarter, MOL Campus where we offer an inspiring, modern, collaborative working environment with numerous smart solutions.Purpose of the positionThe Learning Business Partner (LBP) acts as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, drives strategic capability development by identifying learning needs, designing and implementing impactful L&D interventions. The role also has project and central program responsibilities in MOL Hungary.Main ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic capability development through assessing and analysing the challenges and development needs of the business areas, partner with business leaders and HR Business Partnering to assess capability gaps and define learning priorities. Provide consulting to stakeholders on learning and capability development approaches.Translate business needs into impactful learning and development solutions, apply the most effective methodologies and diagnostic tools (e.g. 360, assessment/development centers, surveys). Prepare proposals of capability development within the organization at individual and group level.Responsible for the design, preparation, implementation and project management of learning & development programs and solutions that address real business needs and provide measurable impact - covering leadership development, talent management and development, organizational development, career development, language development. Support the competency development systems and programs, support the business leaders in defining and implementing professional development programs and trainings in line with the technical competency assessment and development frameworks. Manage and involve external training vendors and internal trainers, conduct the learning intervention related procurement activities and administrative tasks as relevant in cooperation with the SSC L&D organisation.Support the business leaders in their annual development planning and annual training budget planning activities. Collect and provide group level L&D information to the Group managers.Direct program/project management of MOL Hungary level central development programs and projects.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions, ensuring continuous improvement.Take part in / support group and local level Capability Development projects by contributing with expertise and best practices, by local implementation of Group Programs as well as participation in the strategic design, development, and implementation of smaller (one-off) group level development interventions and group level professional development interventions.  QualificationsCollege/university degree (advantage- economics/HR/psychology degree)Min. 5 years L&D HR experience, preferably in multinational environment.Solid understanding of HR and L&D strategies and processes, diagnosis of development needs, knowledge of assessment and development methods, experience with Learning and Development Programs, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Assessments.
