You’ll work closely with business leaders to identify learning and development needs, design and deliver blended learning solutions, and lead learning streams in integration and transformation projects.A Day in the LifeYou’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver learning that’s practical, engaging, and aligned with strategic goals. You’ll facilitate workshops, manage LMS operations, and support frontline teams with training that builds confidence and capability.You’ll also play a key role in project delivery, leading learning components of integration initiatives and helping teams adapt to change. From technical training to organisational project learning development, you’ll help embed a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.This position is being advertised across Brisbane, Bundaberg and Hobart.What You’ll BringYou’re an experienced L&D professional with a strong background in blended learning design and facilitation. You’re confident working with stakeholders at all levels and know how to translate business needs into impactful learning experiences.You’ve worked with LMS platforms, delivered training in both virtual and in-person formats, and led learning streams in transformation projects.
