With a strong focus on equity, digital literacy, and innovation, TTP equips schools and educators with tools to bring meaningful, future-oriented learning experiences to classrooms.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Learning Designer & Instructor (GenAI focus) to join our team. This person will play a dual role:Instructor: delivering engaging, interactive workshops (mainly online) for high school students and educators.Instructional Designer: co-creating high-quality educational materials (presentations, handbooks, guides, digital resources) in collaboration with our Lead Instructional Designer, adaptable across different audiences and projects.While GenAI will be the primary focus, this role will also contribute to other educational initiatives at TTP, requiring strong adaptability and the ability to translate complex topics into accessible learning experiences. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, flexibility and business thinking combining educational expertise with the capacity to understand broader project goals and stakeholder needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver live online workshops for students and educators on GenAI and future skills.Design and adapt educational materials (presentations, handbooks, guides, digital resources) in collaboration with the Lead Instructional Designer.Use GenAI tools to enhance your work and model best practices for learners.Adapt teaching style and communication to diverse audiences (students, educators, stakeholders).Collect feedback from participants and iterate on content and facilitation.Stay up-to-date with developments in GenAI and education, bringing fresh ideas into our programs.Contribute to other TTP projects, supporting the design and delivery of educational materials beyond GenAI.Apply business-oriented thinking to ensure programs align with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.RequirementsProven experience in training, or facilitation (ideally in education or youth settings).Strong instructional design skills (developing presentations, guides, and other learning resources).Comfort with GenAI tools and ability to write effective prompts.Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to adjust language and tone for different audiences.Fluency in English (oral and written).Flexible, adaptable, with strong problem-solving and business thinking skills.Preferred QualificationsDegree or background in Education Sciences, AI, or Teaching.Experience in schools, or youth-focused projects.Familiarity with digital learning platforms and blended learning environments.Project management or coordination experience.What We OfferA chance to be part of a mission-driven nonprofit shaping the future of education.You become part of a dynamic team that is constantly evolving.Professional development in the intersection of education and GenAI.Private health insurance plan.Office space at the heart of Athens.
