In this role, you’ll contribute to designing and enhancing our online learning experiences. You’ll work closely with internal faculty and external experts to co-create our challenges (our term for courses), competency-based learning experiences that help learners connect theory to real-world practice.We’re looking for an experienced designer who enjoys working both autonomously and collaboratively, balancing creativity with structure, and helping ensure the quality and consistency of our programs. You’ll join a supportive and international team committed to making education meaningful, practical, and accessible.Your Main Tasks Will IncludePartnering with professors and subject matter experts to design and develop online challenges that align with Tomorrow University’s academic and program standards.Applying competency-based and backward design approaches to create clear and engaging learning paths.Coordinating several projects at a time, maintaining a balance between timelines, quality, and care for detail.Guiding and supporting collaborators in applying sound instructional design approaches.Drawing on learner data and feedback to refine and strengthen course quality and learning outcomes.Contributing to design templates, shared resources, and quality assurance processes for scalable learning development.Working with cross-functional teams to evolve learning design processes, pedagogical initiatives, and tools.Staying curious about educational research and learning design practices to keep our approach relevant and human-centered.Collaborating with our multimedia content creator to brief and review learning assets.Developing scripts and outlines for video-based learning materials.What We Are Looking ForSolid experience in learning design or online course development, preferably in higher education or EdTech.Familiarity with competency-based and backward design methodologies.Experience coordinating learning design projects that involve multiple contributors.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort collaborating with academics and subject matter experts.Practical understanding of instructional design and digital pedagogy, able to apply approaches effectively, even without focusing on theory labels.Ability to balance independent work with teamwork in a remote, international environment.Experience with learning management systems and authoring tools.Fluent in English (C2 level).🤩 Bonus Points ForDegree or certification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.Experience with Challenge-Based Learning (CBL).Experience in start-up or growth-stage environments.Familiarity Tomorrow University’s key focus areas, such as sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, or emerging technologies (e.g., AI, data, green tech).What Matters To UsWe’re looking for people who thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
