You’ll collaborate with Learning Partners, Subject Matter Experts, and colleagues across the organisation to turn ideas into engaging, learner-driven solutions that make a real difference.In this role, you will:Design and develop digital training using a range of tools and formatsContinuously improve our learning journeys based on user feedback and emerging trends in the edtech landscapeCreate visually compelling assets using AI tools and Adobe Creative Cloud — especially Illustrator and After Effects (or similar) and other design tools for making the best learning journeyBring fresh ideas and creative energy as we redefine how learning is designed, produced, and experiencedEnsure all materials align with the company’s graphic profile and brand guidelines.You take responsibility for the team's momentum. You notice when something might go wrong, raise it early, and collaborate to turn it into progress rather than delay. You’re curious about new technologies and thrive when designing learning that engages, inspires, and empowers people.We’re looking for someone with:Post-secondary education in instructional design, graphic design, interaction design, gaming, or a related fieldProven experience in creating engaging, easy-to-understand, and visually appealing designProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applicationsExcellent communication skills in Swedish and English(Bonus) Experience with coding, LMS/LXP platforms, and authoring toolsYou see both the details and the big picture — understanding that great design is not just about how it looks, but how it helps people learn, grow, and succeed.Our offerWe offer a professional and international working environment with people from diverse backgrounds who collaborate to achieve results.
