We increase quality of life, enable personalized treatment, advance research and relieve our health system.We Need You ForDesigning, implementing, and maintaining competency matrices to systematically capture and develop employee skills and qualificationsIdentifying training and development needs and deriving targeted development actions in collaboration with managers and department headsEnhancing our talent and learning tools, such as feedback systems, development plans, and mentoring programsAdvising leaders and teams on competency development, succession planning, and career pathingSupporting organizational change initiatives through tailored learning and communication measuresAnalyzing development KPIs and preparing reports to evaluate program effectivenessManaging external training providers and building a sustainable portfolio of learning opportunitiesYour ProfileDegree in Human Resources Management, or a comparable fieldAt least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development, ideally with a focus on competency managementProven expertise in designing and implementing competency models or matricesExperience in developing learning programs, including blended learning, e-learning, and on-the-job trainingStrong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationshipsAnalytical and strategic mindset paired with hands-on implementation skillsConfident user of HR systems, learning platforms, and MS OfficeEnthusiasm for driving people development in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentExcellent German and English skillsWe OfferA permanent full-time positionAnnual pass for Vienna's public transport and Sodexo vouchersCollaboration with people who care about human and veterinary patients alikeAn environment where you feel empowered to ask questions, make requests and shape the company´s further pathAn atmosphere created by the thoughts of sustainability, equity, diversity, inclusion, and mutual respectFor the cooperation in our team, we offer a payment in line with collective agreement (Handwerk und Gewerbe) based on a full-time position.
