In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance.Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goalsManage a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality training deliveryConduct training needs assessments and design tailored programs to address skill gapsOversee the creation and maintenance of e-learning content and blended learning solutionsCollaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted solutionsManage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective utilizationEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvementsStay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and developmentPrepare and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective program deliveryFoster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
