Learning & Development Trainer

As part of the L&D team, you’ll help shape an engaging learning journey for our 10,000+ operational employees and 500+ leaders, equipping them with the hard and soft skills they need to excel. Collaborating closely with HR and Operations, you’ll play a key role in empowering our colleagues to grow and succeed.Tricks of the tradeOrganise on-site training logistics: Collaborate with team leads to plan and register participants, confirm locations, and allocate trainers for each session. Facilitate communication: Write clear and engaging communication messages to our participants and team leads, to help them get most out of our programs. Deliver in-person training and individual coaching: Facilitate team workshops and leadership trainings together with a co-trainer, and coach our colleagues on-site. Measure training impact: Analyse participants and trainer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with colleagues to make our programs better every day. We’re looking for A finished Bachelor’s degree 2-5 years of working experience, during which you delivered in-person trainings and worked closely with Operations. Got coaching experience? That's a plus, but not a must! Fluency in Dutch and a full working proficiency in English Passion for Learning & Development and desire to grow its impact within Picnic Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills The skill to easily build networks and know how to work closely with your key stakeholders to create impact A drive to get things done and mobilize your stakeholders easily A valid driver’s license to travel and work frequently on locations across the Netherlands for on-site training and in-person collaboration.
