Be an advocate for SpongeProactively collaborate with Senior LEDs, Visual Designers, Learning Consultants, and others to understand project needs and develop solutions that delight clients and audiences, delivering on our Unforgettable Learning promise.Identify ways to improve quality and/or process.ExperienceExperience in an agency environment – working with a variety of customers and industries in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with high levels of change and ambiguity.Experience working in a service delivery environment.Application of, and ability to clearly communicate, learning best practices within the crafting of effective learning solutions.
