As part of this transformation, we’re looking for a Learning Experience Designer to help shape hybrid, blended, and online learning across a broad suite of programs at The College, including Academic Pathways Programs, Vocational Education and Training, and English Language Programs.Your expertise in pedagogy and instructional design will help deliver engaging, student-centred experiences grounded in transition pedagogy, flipped learning, and active learning principles.As a Learning Experience Designer, you will:Lead the design and development of hybrid, blended, and online programs, ensuring alignment with The College and University standards.Collaborate with academic teams to translate curriculum into innovative, learner-centred experiences and authentic assessments.Champion evidence-based learning design, integrating flipped learning, transition pedagogy, and emerging technologies.Apply your project management skills to deliver high quality learning experiences on time and within budget.Create personalised learning templates and instructional content that supports real-world application and program coherence.Ensure rigorous quality assurance and contribute to continuous enhancement across learning design processes and tools.About youYou are:a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for designing impactful learning experiences.a pedagogical expert with experience designing for hybrid, face-to-face, blended, and online environments. Experience with flipped learning and transition pedagogy is highly regarded.a collaborative self-starter, who thrives both independently and in team environments, bringing sharp attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic, fast-paced settings.an effective communicator, with well-developed interpersonal, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills that support successful engagement across diverse audiences.always looking for better ways to support learners and deliver high-quality experiences and outcomes, with an understanding of compliance and quality standards across diverse education contexts, including vocational and regulated training environments.This is a full-time, ongoing position.For further information, please refer to the Position Description linked here: Learning Experience Designer.The locationThis is a full-time ongoing position based at Parramatta City Campus (1PSQ), although travel to other campuses of the University may be required. This position is not available in a fully remote format.Remuneration package: Professional Staff Level 7 $116,862 p.a.
