Join our team as a Learning Facilitator for Living English, where you'll embark on a rewarding journey of nurturing young minds while enjoying a vibrant and flexible work environment. As a key player, you'll plan and deliver engaging lessons, manage the Learning Management System, evaluate student progress, and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth. At our lively hubs, you'll help shape the future of English education while fostering a fun and dynamic atmosphere.What You Will Do...Prepare learning materials, including lesson plans, slides, and practice exercises, to be discussed with students during teaching sessions or used in other classroom activities. This main task also includes taking part in curriculum development team.Teach and facilitate students’ learning at the Living English Hub or online, conducting 3-4 classes per day with a maximum of 23 hours per week.Assess and provide feedback on students' work.Report on students' progress for each skill both quantitatively and qualitatively.Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operational activities & participate in regular internal team meetings.Monitor students' progress at the hub, also manage class scheduling and consultations.Act as the primary contact person for parents/guardians & send learning activity reports based on the class sessions.Hold meetings with parents/guardians to explain the student’s progress at the hub.Handle day-to-day technical aspects related to the Living English program at the assigned hub.Design and implement activation activities to attract new students.Effectively communicate the Living English program to prospective students.Assist in the student conversion process.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (S1) in English Education or English LiteraturePossess a teaching certification such as TKT or TEFL (preferred)Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with a minimum level of B2 or C1 CEFR / TOEFL score of 550 / IELTS score of 7.0 (supported by certificates)At least 2 years of experience teaching English to children from early childhood (PAUD) to teenagers, both online and offlineKnowledge of classroom management techniquesFamiliarity with English language learning content for different levelsUnderstanding of online learning platformsAwareness of business-oriented practices in educationStrong communication skills for interacting effectively with both students andparents/guardiansIndependent work ability & Flexibility to support other relevant teams or initiativesOnly the shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Join our team and make a lasting impact on English education in a dynamic and professional environment.
