But what will my new role be?As our new Learning and Leadership Development Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our employee and leadership development initiatives and strengthening Dalux’s learning culture. Your primary focus in the beginning will be to structure, design, and enhance our leadership development programs, ensuring our leaders have the tools and mindset to grow with Dalux. Over time, your role will expand to include broader learning and development initiatives across the organization, such as:Ensuring that our Academy and onboarding programs are engaging, well-organized, and continually evolving. Designing and leading educational and professional development programs across all organizational levels. Collaborating with external consultants on training initiatives and supporting the creation of an internal course catalog for various development tracks. Sure sounds exciting! How can I be considered for this role?We imagine our new colleague has: A relevant educational background, ideally within learning or development. +5 years of experience in designing, structuring, and enhancing leadership development initiatives or educational programs. Enthusiasm for leading training sessions, with the ability to coach both managers and HR professionals in delivering workshops. As we are an international company and you will collaborate with colleagues across our various offices, we expect you to be able to clearly communicate in English and Danish.So, why choose Dalux?
