Our client is looking for a Content Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on transforming teamwork through evidence-based practices.In this role, you'll design and develop instructional content that empowers both internal and external audiences to adopt effective teamwork strategies and get the most out the suite of products. You’ll collaborate with behavioral scientists, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to bring research to life through engaging, accessible learning formats.What You’ll Do:Develop instructional content including eLearning modules, microlearning, and performance support tools.Translate research and existing materials into compelling, user-friendly learning experiences.Partner with experts to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with best practices.Create customer-facing content that supports product adoption and effective use.Refine and review content for clarity, consistency, and instructional impact.Continuously enhance learning assets for distributed teams.What We’re Looking For:Experience: 5–7 years in instructional design, content development, or learning experience roles.Education: Graduate degree preferred.Technical Skills:Strong grasp of instructional design principles and training methodologiesExperience with learning management systems (LMS)Soft Skills:Excellent communication and writing abilitiesVisual design proficiencyComfortable collaborating asynchronously across teams
