Job DescriptionThe learning technology officer will be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and managing all training necessary for the Bank's Business, Function, and Branch. The role is responsible to provide technical support for IT systems and users. This role also ensures smooth operation of digital learning platforms and office technology, while supporting virtual events and maintaining equipment and system integrity. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop engaging and effective digital learning content, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, and interactive multimedia materials. Administer and maintain the Learning Management System [LMS] to ensure optimal functionality.
Communicate with the server team and monitor for any issues and bugs related to IT and Learning Management SystemRespond to and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, software, networks, and other office equipment. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly. Assist in monitoring and maintaining the office's local area network [LAN], VPN connections, and internet access. Help maintain office security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus software, and system monitoring. Work with other IT professionals, departments, and external vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems.
Host virtual events, webinars, and online meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm. Receive and promptly respond to learner complaints via various channels [phone, email, IT service desk, LMS]. Investigate and understand the nature of each complaint to determine an appropriate resolution to provide ongoing support to users, addressing complaints and technical issues. Offer technical support and assistance during, and after various trainings [virtual, webinar, in-class]Handling the inventory of classroom and IT equipment not lost in any situation.
