About The RoleWe are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimize paid social and search campaigns, driving LearnWorlds' growthIn this role, you'll drive high-impact campaigns for product launches, demand generation, and customer acquisition, directly contributing to LearnWorlds' growth.
We need a proactive problem-solver who uncovers the âwhy' behind campaign data, proposes solutions, and owns their results. Your core responsibility will be to collaborate with our paid social and search specialists, taking ownership of the full lifecycle of your campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn and Google, delivering on our team's growth objectives, while acting as a key partner to internal teams (e. g. , product or demand generation) on campaign launches and optimizations. Plan, execute, and own the end-to-end management of paid social and paid search campaigns, with a focus on driving new trial sign-ups and customer acquisitionConduct deep performance analysis to move beyond the "what" and uncover the "why" behind performance shifts, identifying root causes and opportunities for growthTranslate your data-driven insights into actionable, strategic recommendations to improve key metrics (CPL, CPT, ROAS) and clearly communicate these proposals to stakeholdersPartner with internal "tribe" teams on campaign launches, providing expert guidance on audience targeting, creative best practices, and measurement to ensure success from the startManage and optimize campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve pipeline and revenue targetsContinuously ideate and implement A/B tests for audiences, ad copy, and creatives to drive incremental performance gainsWhat Your First 90 Days Will Look Like:
